Our volunteer board members are Oregon behavioral health professionals dedicated to furthering WOMHA's mission.

All WOMHA members are eligible to serve on the board and take a more active role in association operations and decision-making.

Board Membership

The WOMHA Board is collaborative, functional, and transparent. We are comprised of volunteer members and we invite you to join us in whatever ways you can. We meet monthly and post detailed meeting minutes on Slack, which all WOMHA members have access to. Members may reach us on Slack with public posts or private direct messages, and we are responsive to member emails. You are also invited to attend the Annual Meeting and quarterly Town Halls. Your opinion matters and your Board is listening. All WOMHA members are eligible to serve on the board and take a more active role in association operations and decision-making.

Responsibilities

➢  Attend one-hour monthly meetings
➢  Check and respond to WOMHA emails and Slack
➢  Assist with WOMHA events (e.g., CEs, Annual Meeting, Town Halls)
➢  Attend to the responsibilities of your respective role
➢  Weekly time commitment is generally an hour or less
